  There was no change to the online listing, the property still appeared available weeks later. I followed up with more email enquiries. Eventually an email response came saying the property was now available and suggested I make an appointment to inspect, I again requested the same photos and information prior to making the trip. After several attempts and many emails, the Real Estate agent said they were unable to upload photo’s to the website and were going to email them directly to me, but didn’t.

  The property now appears to be under contract so my attempts to do business with this agency are at an end. I wish you luck if you choose to attempt to engage with this business.

  Tried to arrange property inspections with ample notice on a Friday in June 2015 (1000km round trip) and was refused due to the agent having a day off (long weekend). For goodness sake it was a normal working day!!!

  This initial disappointing experience was followed up with emails requesting additional photos (i.e. kitchen) and information over and above that which was available online on a particular property. The eventual response was that the property had been sold. But wait, there’s more!
